BOOK YOUR Intake session.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I’m here to make the process feel simple, supportive, and approachable from the very beginning.

Step 1: Contact Me/Request an Appointment
Please select any booking tab on the site to access our secure client portal for new and existing clients, or click the following link: https://kyia-costanzo.clientsecure.me/ to complete the Request an Appointment process and express your interest in working together. I will follow up within 1–3 business days to confirm whether I have availability that matches your schedule.

Once in the booking tab:

  • Select I’M A NEW CLIENT

  • Next to Intake Session (1hr 15 minutes), click SELECT

  • Below Video Office, click SELECT

  • Select a time that works best for you

  • Answer a three-question prescreening

  • To answer the billing and payment question: GRIT Therapy, PLLC, does not bill insurance and is a private-pay (out-of-pocket) only practice. Please indicate that you understand this by selecting Yes. Click NEXT

  • Client Preferences: Please indicate your preferred appointment time and frequency, and include any questions or information you would like us to have when reviewing your request. Select NEXT

  • Enter your contact information and click REQUEST APPOINTMENT


Step 2: Complete Intake Paperwork
After confirming availability, I will email you the intake paperwork for completion via my secure online client portal. Once you submit the forms, your appointment will be scheduled.

Step 3: First Session
We will schedule your first appointment, a 75-minute intake session, and begin working together at your pace. Subsequent sessions can range from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences.
